Recently I was asked by MSG to prepare a proposal for the creation, production and installation of an LED "Pre-visualization Dome" so the content development team could explore and develop content solutions prior to the "Sphere" in Las Vegas being completed. This video shows 2 options. A 40 footer and an 80 footer. What a great way to get a jump on the show production, but also when the main facility is finished, you then have a second facility to handle future show development and it could be used as a touring road show teaser attracting future visitors to the "Big Show" in Las Vegas. My solution also included a computer system that would display 16k x 16k @ 60 fps across the interior LED dome surface.

This "Extreme" LED training simulator would be mounted on a 6 DOF motion base with a turntable. The LED screen is mounted on a separate lift system so it can be lowered into position as the motion base brings the car up into the active position. It is a Trainer and an attraction requiring approximately 600 sq. ft. and would also be built with real-time high resolution 360 graphics. The cars are real. The situational training is as real as it gets in a simulator. Fine tuning and great training equals a total Immersion experience.

McKensie RIver Discovery Center: Project concept design for client
This is a project design concept I put together for a friend to help a group understand what they should expect to experience in a "highly" interactive , state of the art, immersive museum experience in approximately 20,000 plus square feet and a budget of between $500 and $800 USD per square foot. Some of the exhibits we have already built in real-life, complete with motion base and interactive paddle systems, with R&S Production Services Inc. and would be revisited with all new technology and graphics. These exhibits would utilize all the latest in touch screen, gesture, AR/VR/MR, 360 3D, Projection mapping, LED and projection screens and sound mapping to immerse the guest in the latest state of the art and technology available to tell an important and wonderful story about a river, a region and a community. This is a worthy project that could do great things for the area. This is a rough VR 3D sketch put together in my VR production studio in about 40 hours. You can walk around in it to really get a feel for what the space and experience could be. A VR "napkin sketch " if you will.

"FOUNTAINS OF LIGHT"
LED Fountain series: These LED fountain sculptures were inspired by the recent Denver Airport public art competition. Each piece was created to be an "island" of "peace" where travelers could rest, pause and refresh their psyche with magical sounds and color and light. These "Fountains of Light" would be engineered and constructed with a blend of carbon fiber, resin soaked Nomex honey-comb, Steel tube sub frame and bulkheads, tensioned with an internal cable truss system tied back to the reinforced base.
Each fountain would also be fitted with motion and thermal sensors and would sense movement and temperature causing the fountains to react to the visiting guests.

The S.T.E.A.M. project, with the right mix of exhibits, attractions,events and experiences could act as a unique showcase and "Experience/ Discovery-Entertainment Center" where new and exciting immersive technologies could be showcased and enjoyed by all. Imagine the "Experience"
Concept for: Hayden Planetarium
Imagine not just the Sun on your face , but "In Your Face". The LED installation would be able to really get the guests up close and personal. This is a concept for a permanent LED installation and exhibit at the Hayden Planetarium dealing with climate change. It will feature and make good use of all the "science" put together over the past 60 years primarily by NASA and NOAA.
Some elements could be linked to real-time data updates. The video could also change and alternate from all the planets and include the Sun, Moon and other stars. The fun thing about this would be real-time image control so the "Museum Presenter" could move the axis and zoom into hot spots for discussion and exploration. DesignLEDpro Design-Engineered and built the 28 foot globe for the Legacy Resort in San Diego. After meeting Richard Lane at NAB in 2017, I worked with both Richard Lane of Legacy and DesignLEDpro to define the project design.
